Last updated September 24, 2026. CFWO Reporting Automation is a private application operated for its owner's use. This page describes how it uses data authorized through the owner's Google account.
Google account access
- Gmail send: Sends reports and operational notices to the owner.
- Gmail read-only: Checks sent messages to prevent duplicate reports and verify the contents of delivered report emails. It does not modify or delete messages.
- Google Drive file access: Creates and manages report files made by this application in the owner's Drive.
Other data and processing
The application uses private financial information supplied by the owner to produce reports. Working data and report records are stored in the owner's private Google Cloud project. Selected report inputs are sent to OpenAI's API to generate report text. Generated PDFs are stored in the owner's Google Drive and sent to the owner by email. No financial reports or account details are published on this website.
Sharing, retention, and control
Google account data is used only to operate this private reporting workflow, not sold or used for advertising. Google Cloud, Google Drive, Gmail, and OpenAI process data as needed to provide the functions described above. The owner controls the application and may revoke its Google access in Google Account settings. Existing reports and operational records may remain in the owner's Google services until the owner deletes them.
